"I can tell you that we have had nothing but exceptional service from everyone involved with OSOS. The website is very user friendly and the upgrades have added many useful features. If we have a question or concern it is given attention in a timely manner and the advice provided is supported by experience and evidence. Thank you."

"Open Source Order Sets has been instrumental in supporting the Grey Bruce Health Network (GBHN) develop and launch its order set project. Partnering with Open Source has allowed us to efficiently and effectively create concise standardized physician order sets for use across our entire Network of hospitals. The established order set lifecycle has allowed us to develop, approve and implement our order sets for use in a timely manner. We were able to develop and approve over 70 order sets in nine months. The initial adoption of order sets by our clinicians was high, over 80% at some of the hospital sites in the first six months of use. These order sets are now serving as the foundation of our CPOE project, as we begin to implement a GBHN-wide electronic medical record."

"In 2007 Windsor Regional Hospital joined the Open Source Order Set Network with the support of its Medical Advisory Committee and Hospital Board of Directors. Through membership we hoped to gain access to resources, best practices and order sets from across Canada as well as the support we required for process improvement in paper order set development, and implementation as we prepare for our electronic provider order entry build. Over the course of the last year we have gained invaluable support and guidance from OSOS in this regard."
