Atlantic Health Sciences Corporation (AHSC) is the largest multi-facility, accredited Regional Health Authority in New Brunswick serving an area of 200 square kilometers and a catchment population of 176,000, within a provincial population base of 650,000.

Central East LHIN

The Central East LHIN is one of the fastest growing geographic regions in the Province and home to 11% of OntarioÂ’s population. The Central East LHIN is a mix of urban and rural geography and is the sixth-largest LHIN in land area in Ontario. In densely populated urban cities, suburban towns, rural farm communities, cottage country villages and remote settlements, the Central East LHIN stretches from Victoria Park to Algonquin Park.


Centre for Addiction and Mental Health

The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) is Canada's largest mental health and addiction teaching hospital, as well as one of the world's leading research centres in the area of addiction and mental health. CAMH is fully affiliated with the University of Toronto, and is a Pan American Health Organization/World Health Organization Collaborating Centre. CAMH has central facilities located in Toronto, Ontario and 32 community locations throughout the province.


Chatham-Kent Health Alliance

Delivering quality care to residents of Chatham-Kent, South Lambton and Walpole Island, Chatham-Kent Health Alliance is a 300-bed community hospital equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and technologies. Chatham-Kent Health Alliance is a partnership of three hospital corporations (Public General, St. Joseph's and Sydenham District Hospitals) located on campuses in Chatham and Wallaceburg.


Grey Bruce Health Network

The Grey Bruce Health Network is a voluntary formal collaboration of Grey Bruce Health Services, the Grey Bruce Health Unit, Hanover and District Hospital, South Bruce Grey Health Centre and the South West Community Care Access Centre. The Network has become an important mechanism for collaborative action between local service providers to better meet the healthcare needs of its rural residents.


Halton Healthcare Services

Halton Healthcare Services (HHS) is a multi-site healthcare organization providing access to three of the best community hospitals in the province. Reflecting the dynamic communities it serves, HHS takes pride in offering some of the finest technology and healthcare expertise available in southwestern Ontario today. Serving the growing communities of Milton, Oakville, Clarkson and Halton Hills, these hospitals are very much a part of Halton's rich history and have a long-standing tradition of providing quality care to many generations of area families. Together, they serve over 275,000 residents.


Hamilton Health Sciences

Hamilton Health Sciences is a family of six unique hospitals and a cancer centre, serving more than 2.3 million residents of Hamilton and Central South and Central West Ontario. Their facilities offer a range of acute and specialized services, catering to health care needs from preconception through to aging adults. Each of their hospitals has specific areas of expertise and together, Hamilton Health Sciences is one of the most comprehensive health care systems in Canada. Through their affiliation with McMaster University's Faculty of Health Sciences, Hamilton Health Sciences are able to offer an academic environment where patients benefit from some of the most innovative treatments and are cared for by some of the most talented medical professionals in the country.


Hôtel-Dieu Grace Hospital

Hôtel-Dieu Grace Hospital (HDGH) is Windsor’s premier tertiary acute care hospital. Combining a century-old tradition of compassionate care with cutting-edge diagnostic imaging technology, HDGH leads the provision of advanced care in the areas of complex trauma, renal dialysis, acute mental health, cardiac care, stroke and neurosurgical, and the broad foundation of medical and surgical services required to support these areas of specialization. HDGH operates 305 patient beds.


Huron Perth Hospitals

The Huron Perth Hospitals are a group of 8 community hospitals located in Southwestern Ontario. The Huron Perth Hospitals are located in the Central Region of LHIN 2 and are comprised of the Alexandra Marine and General Hospital, the Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance, the Listowel and Wingham Hospitals Alliance, and the South Huron Hospital Association.


Kingston General Hospital

Kingston General Hospital (KGH) is a 456-bed teaching hospital that serves more then 500,000 people in southeastern Ontario and is the community hospital for the Kingston area. Kingston General Hospital is affiliated with Queen's University. KGH provides an array of specialized acute and ambulatory clinical services and is home to the Cancer Centre of Southeastern Ontario.


Niagara Health System

The Niagara Health System (NHS) is Ontario's largest multi-site hospital amalgamation, comprised of six hospital sites and an ambulatory care centre serving 434,000 residents across the 12 municipalities making up the Regional Municipality of Niagara. The NHS forms a sophisticated and innovative network of health services, stretching from Lake Erie to Lake Ontario.


PEI Health

Prince Edward Island Health Network is a group of 8 hospitals providing care to the people of Prince Edward Island. The hospitals provide a wide range of in-patient, outpatient and community-based health and wellness services.


Quinte Health Care

Quinte Health Care (QHC) is one hospital with four sites: QHC Belleville General, QHC North Hastings, QHC Prince Edward County Memorial and QHC Trenton Memorial. Their 1600 dedicated staff members and 280 doctors provide primary and secondary care to a diverse area made up of the Hastings and Prince Edward Counties, and the southeast portion of Northumberland County. Through partnership and innovation, the four hospitals of QHC provide quality health care as close to home as possible.


Sault Area Hospital

Sault Area Hospital (SAH) is an amalgamation of the former Plummer Memorial Public Hospital and the Sault Ste. Marie General Hospital Inc. The two main hospital sites are located adjacent to each other on the waterfront. SAH is a 289-bed facility, serving a total catchment population of approximately 120,000 across the Algoma District.


St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital

The fully accredited hospital serves the residents of St. Thomas and Elgin County. The hospital is located 30 minutes from downtown London, 40 minutes from the University of Western Ontario, and 15 minutes from the beaches of Port Stanley, in the heart of beautiful, Southwestern Ontario.


Toronto East General

Toronto East General Hospital (TEGH) is a large, urban community teaching hospital serving a diverse, multi-cultural population of 400,000. TEGH is affiliated with the University of Toronto Faculty of Medicine and other educational institutions.


Trillium Health Centre

A leading community hospital in Ontario, Trillium Health Centre continues to expand in response to the growing healthcare needs of the more than one million residents it serves in Mississauga, West Toronto and the surrounding region. Trillium's two-site model facilitates the delivery of comprehensive services for both inpatient and ambulatory care. Both its Mississauga and West Toronto locations are supported by a full complement of diagnostic, laboratory and pharmaceutical services.


Vancouver Island Health Authority

Wayne Memorial Hospital

Wayne Memorial Hospital is a 98-bed community hospital that is part of Wayne Memorial Health System. The Hospital serves patients in Northeastern Pennsylvania (Wayne and Pike Counties) and Sullivan County, New York. Wayne Memorial provides each patient high quality, compassionate and cost-effective care and treatment on every visit producing high levels of patient satisfaction.


West Parry Sound Health Centre

In 1995, the town's two hospitals amalgamated to form the current West Parry Sound Health Centre. Four years later, Hospital Services in Parry Sound celebrated its centennial year. The amalgamated health centre continues the long tradition of providing quality care and leadership established by both the Parry Sound District General Hospital and the Parry Sound Area Health Centre, Chronic Care Facility (formerly St. Joseph's Hospital, Parry Sound).
